Job Responsibilities:

Customers ke inquiries ka phone, email, ya chat ke through samadhan dena

Products/services ke baare mein customers ko jaankari dena

Complaints handle karna aur unka timely resolution karna

Daily calls aur follow-ups ka proper record maintain karna

Customer satisfaction ko priority dena

Team ke sath coordinate karke customer experience ko better banana

Requirements:

Achhi communication skills (Hindi/English)

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)

Patience aur problem-solving skills

Positive attitude aur customer ko samajhne ki capability

Voice process (inbound/outbound) ka experience ho toh plus point hai
