You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service through effective communication and problem-solving. DBS Mintek Private Limited is an international call center based in Mumbai & Pune, India. Incorporated in 2008 as a private limited company, DBS is well equipped with state-of-the-art technology and has the capacity for fast ramp-up and rollout of new campaigns.
