Job Description

Respond promptly and empathetically to customer questions and concerns via phone, email, chat, or in-person.

Handle order processing, returns, exchanges, payment inquiries, and shipment tracking.

Troubleshoot product or service issues; resolve or escalate complex problems appropriately.

Maintain product and company knowledge to provide accurate information and promote additional services where suitable.

Log and manage interactions in CRM or ticketing systems and maintain accurate records.

Gather customer feedback and contribute ideas for process improvements.

Meet individual and team performance goals (e.g., response time, customer satisfaction, upsell metrics).
