You will be responsible for managing customer service and pricing for Air and Sea export and import operations in Mumbai. Your key tasks will include maintaining good relationships with airlines and liners to secure competitive rates, handling both export and import shipments by air and sea, as well as coordinating with customers, airlines, and destination points. This is a full-time position requiring a Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education qualification. Ideally, you should have at least 1 year of total work experience with 1 year specifically in customer service. Proficiency in English and Hindi is preferred for effective communication.
