Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Outbound Tele sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting Merchants to present our services, generate sales opportunities, and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities:


Role & responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to Existing & New client from provided Portfolio.

Promote and sell products/services to meet assigned sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details in CRM.

Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Resolve client issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

Identi fy at-risk customers and implement strategies to retain them.

Upsell or cross-sell additional products/services as needed.

Collect feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.


Salary Up to 29000 NTH + + PF+ Medical

Key Responsibilities:

Merchant Interaction:

Greet and assist customers in person, via phone.

Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.


Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.

Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.


Problem Resolution:

Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when needed.


Sales Support:

Identifying potential Merchants Needs and upsell opportunities.

Inform customers about new products, services, offers, or policy changes.


Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer feedback, complaints, and resolutions.


Feedback Collection:

Collect feedback to improve customer experience and service quality.

Share valuable customer insights with internal teams for improvement.


CRM Tools Usage:

Update and manage customer information using CRM software.

Track service requests, complaints, and follow-ups using system tools.
