Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive to join our team in the steel industry. As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, facilitating seamless communication between the company and clients, handling inquiries, and supporting the sales team with follow-ups and coordination. Your role will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proficiency in CRM software, and a solid understanding of the steel market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Ensure timely responses to customer queries and complaints.

Provide after-sales support and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
2. Sales & Follow-ups:

Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.

Coordinate with the sales team to track leads and conversions.

Call customers for payment follow-ups and ensure timely collections.
3. Order & Quotation Management:

Assist in preparing and sending quotations.

Track orders, dispatch details, and deliveries.

Maintain accurate records of quotations, negotiations, and sales transactions.
4. Coordination & Documentation:

Liaise with internal departments (sales, accounts, logistics) for smooth order execution.

Ensure proper documentation for customer transactions, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.

Maintain an updated database of customer details and interactions.
5. Market Analysis & Customer Insights:

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.

Generate reports on customer interactions, sales progress, and pending tasks.
6. Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM, sales coordination, or customer support.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP systems.

Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Industry Knowledge: Fundamental understanding of steel grades, products, and supply chain operations.
