Job Description
We are hiring Customer Relationship Officers (CROs) for our Tele Sales team for NBFC in Vikhroli West, Mumbai. The primary responsibility is to generate leads and promote Personal Loan products over the phone to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to pitch personal loan products.
Understand customer needs and explain loan features and benefits accordingly.
Generate quality leads and follow up for conversion.
Achieve assigned daily and monthly lead generation targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in the system.
Coordinate with the sales and credit teams for application processing.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Key Skills Required
Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi, Marathi, and basic English).
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of personal finance/loans is an added advantage.
Ability to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude.
Qualification
Graduates preferred.
Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.
