Position Overview: As a CRM / Onboarding Agent at JPencil Private Limited, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for our clients, providing ongoing support and training, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will play a crucial role in promoting client satisfaction and loyalty, as well as driving sales through upselling opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Onboard clients based on a stepwise manual and provide relevant services during the onboarding process. Provide training to clients regarding different software services and support them in using the features effectively. Monitor client renewals and maintain regular contact to manage and enhance their relationship with us. Address client concerns, issues, and requirements, and connect them with the respective personnel for resolution. Promote additional features and services to clients, encouraging them to subscribe to beneficial offerings and thereby promote sales. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in the marketing or CRM field. Bachelor's degree or higher. Fluency in English and Tamil. Comfort with creating audio and video guides is a plus. This position is based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Applicants must be willing to relocate to Coimbatore or currently reside in the area. Accommodation will be provided for candidates relocating to Coimbatore.
