Role Description- We are looking for a full-time, on-site Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive at our Gurugram location. The CRM Executive will play a crucial role in managing customer relationships, addressing queries, generating leads, and supporting the sales team. The role requires effective communication, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities- Outbound Calling: Initiate and manage outbound calls to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Customer Queries: Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information over the phone. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive phone interactions. Data Management: Accurately record call details and update customer profiles in the CRM system. Follow-up Calls: Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and promote additional services. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team by sharing customer insights and leads to enhance sales strategies. Qualifications- Strong communication and customer experience management skills. Sales proficiency and experience in supporting sales teams. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Experience with CRM software is a plus.
