Job Description

? Understand our products and services well to effectively communicate their

features and benefits.

? Establish and nurture strong relationships with key customers.

? Introduce our products/services to customers, initiating further steps in the

sales process.

? Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the CRE following the

sales process.

? Follow up with calls to nurture leads, address additional questions, and

guide customers through the sales process.

? Build rapport with customers, identify their needs, and provide solutions

aligned with their requirements.

? Go the extra mile by making callbacks or arranging calls after office hours

based on customer convenience.

Qualifications

? Graduate

Key Skills

? Excellent verbal communication skills in both Hindi & English.

? Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to convince potential customers to

make a purchase.

? Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

? Proficient experience in using CRM software.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years.
