We are hiring! Position: Customer Relationship Associate Experience: 6 months to 1.6 years Salary: 15,000 - 20,000 per month Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to construction and architecture services. Maintain client relationships and provide regular updates on projects. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met. Assist with video marketing by acting as a model in promotional videos for the companys services. Requirements: 6 months to 1.6 years of customer service experience (Preference to candidates with previous experience in construction and architecture firms). Willing to participate in video shoots for promotional content. Strong communication and customer service skills in English and Hindi.** Proficiency in MS Office and basic social media marketing.
