Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relationship Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer relationship strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and visits
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing customers
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and concerns
• Provide timely and accurate information to customers on products and services
• Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to products and services
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
