Job Description
The key responsibilities for this position include managing customer retention programs, loyalty campaigns, and engagement activities. You will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with customers, addressing customer feedback, ensuring timely resolutions, and enhancing customer satisfaction scores. Additionally, you will drive brand recall and repeat customer business by working closely with the Marketing & Sales Team for customer engagement strategies. The desired candidate for this role should be a Graduate/Post Graduate with excellent communication and people skills. A customer-centric approach and problem-solving mindset are essential qualities for this position. Exposure to CRM tools would be an added advantage.
