Department: Central Operations Description: Contribute in all the functions of Customer Care, Service Quality and Certification/ Assessment. The position is responsible for daily operations of Grievance Redressal Mechanism along with Service Quality outbound calling. Also, the person will be custodian of third party Certification or Assessment. Job Location: Kolkata Qualification: Post Graduate Experience: 8-10 years,
