Job Description
1. Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, social media, and in-person. Build positive relationships to ensure a seamless and memorable client experience. 2. Scheduling & Coordination: Manage studio schedules, bookings, and client sessions, ensuring efficient time management. Coordinate with photographers and clients to confirm schedules and address any changes. 3. Pre- and Post-Shoot Communication: Guide clients on preparation tips for sessions and ensure they feel comfortable and informed. Provide post-session updates on deliverables like albums, edited images, and prints. 4. Client Feedback & Problem-Solving: Collect and manage feedback to improve services. Address and resolve client concerns professionally and promptly. 5. Administrative Support: Maintain organized records of client communications and sessions.
