Job Description
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating with customers regarding vehicle availability, scheduling appointments, and effectively communicating with all stakeholders involved. You will also be in charge of managing daily Management Information System (MIS) and Reports related to service and installations, ensuring timely submission to the concerned parties. Facilitating seamless coordination between internal and external stakeholders to address and resolve issues promptly will be a crucial part of your role. Additionally, managing customer tickets and ensuring their timely resolution will be among your key responsibilities. To excel in this position, you should have at least 2-3 years of experience in a logistics coordination role. Fluency in Hindi, English, Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu would be advantageous. Proficiency in Excel and Outlook is essential, and being a quick learner will greatly benefit you in this dynamic role.,
