Customer Care Executive Job Description
We are seeking Customer Care Executives who can provide excellent customer service in multiple languages. We need two profiles with different language requirements.

Profile 1: Bengali, Hindi, and English
- Job Title: Customer Care Executive (Bengali, Hindi, and English)
- Location: Shanti Nagar
- Salary: Up to 3.50 lakhs per annum
- Job Description:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Requirements:
- Fluency in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions.

Profile 2: Assamese, English, and Hindi
- Job Title: Customer Care Executive (Assamese, English, and Hindi)
- Location: Shanti Nagar
- Salary: Up to 3.50 lakhs per annum

- Experience: Prior experience in customer care or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Education: Graduate degree in any discipline.
