We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Customer Care Manager to lead our service department's customer satisfaction initiatives. Job Summary: The Customer Care Manager (CCM) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the customer service experience within the service department. This role ensures customer satisfaction through proactive communication, problem resolution, and the implementation of customer-centric processes. The CCM will act as the customer advocate and work closely with service advisors and technicians to deliver outstanding service. Responsibilities : Manage customer escalations and resolve service-related issues. Proactively gather customer feedback and address concerns. Implement customer satisfaction initiatives and programs. Streamline service processes to improve customer experience. Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth service delivery. Track and report on customer satisfaction metrics. Utilize CRM systems to document customer interactions. Manage all CCM related work and ensure the CCM department working smoothly.
