Job Description
- Handle outbound collection calls in preferred regional language.
- Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments.
- Negotiate and educate customers on repayment schedules.
- Maintain call records and update customer payment status.
- Follow compliance guidelines and maintain professionalism during all interactions.
- Coordinate with the internal recovery and accounts team as needed.
- Meet daily/weekly collection targets.
