*Roles and Responsibilities

• We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Delight team as Customer Delight Executive. The role involves handling customer queries and concerns across voice calls (inbound/outbound), live chat and email. You will be the face of the brand and pay a key role in delivering exceptional customer experience to our internal and end customers.

• Working Work from office, 6 days a week, 1 rotational off

• Graduate/ Undergrad (10+2)

• Employment type Full time

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3 months of experience in customer service on voice/chat and mail channels (Preferable in B2B Ecommerce)
• Strong problem-solving skills to handle customer issues with empathy and sense of ownership to address customer issues.
• Familiarity with basic computer applications and the ability to navigate call center software and CRM systems.
