- Handle inbound calls from US-based members regarding healthcare insurance, claims, coverage, and policy details.
- Provide accurate information and support on eligibility, deductibles, payments, and prior authorizations.
- Document all interactions clearly and maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Resolve queries efficiently with a customer-focused approach and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Stay updated with healthcare policies, system procedures, and meet performance targets for quality and productivity.
