Job Description: Customer Care Executive - Night Shift
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive (Non-Voice) to join our US-based support team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience with our products or services. Freshers can also apply. No calls or sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via email or live chat in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns efficiently and effectively
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up to ensure complete resolution of issues
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Stay updated with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
Key Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Customer-centric mindset with empathy and patience
Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification required is HSC pass.
- Basic knowledge about computers and MS Office & Excel.
Shift Timings: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM // 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM // 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM
