Job Title: Customer Support Associate - Work from Home

 

Language Requirements:

  • Regional Language: Malayalam is mandatory with Average English


Job Details:

  • Nature of Job: Domestic BPO Voice Inbound
  • Process: E-Commerce
  • Shift: Rotational Shift and Rotational Week Off
  • Working Days: 6 days a week
  • Working Hours: 9 hours of login (8 hours productivity + 1 hour break)


System Configuration Requirements we need from the side of candidate:


  • Laptop with Intel i5 or Ryzen 5 processor, 8+ GB RAM, and Windows 10 OS
  • Wi-Fi Or Broadband internet connection with a speed of 25 Mbps or above
  • Government laptops are not eligible
  • Candidates must join the interview by using a laptop for interview.


Eligibility:

  • Both fresher and experienced candidates are welcome.
  • Qualification: Graduation in any degree & Undergraduate (12th).
  • The candidate age must be under 30.
