As a Customer Advisor in Mumbai, you will play a key role in assisting our corporate customers in selecting us as their trusted insurance specialists. Your expertise will be focused on the following areas: Motor Insurance, Health Insurance, and Health and Motor Relationship Management. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a background in telesales with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in the Insurance Broking or Insurance Company sector. Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi are essential. Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is also highly valued.,
