We have the following openings available for the position of Crop Lead: Crop Lead : Cotton Location: Delhi/ Hyderabad Crop Lead : Field Crop (millet/ mustard) Location: Delhi/ Hyderabad Crop Lead : Vegetable Location: Bangalore The Crop Lead will be responsible for P&L, short- & long-range planning, developing and implementing effective crop strategies for the existing crop portfolio while driving growth in market share. Key responsibilities: P&L- To ensure gross margin and overall profitability of the crop while working with sales& seeds production on pricing and cost. Develop and Implement Crop Strategies: Lead the development and implementation of crop strategies that maximize the profitability of the current crop portfolio while driving sustainable market share growth and ensuring optimal profitability. Align Business Units (BUs) and support functions with Crop Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all business units and support functions are aligned with the overall crop strategy, optimizing execution and enhancing performance across the organization. Develop Crop Packages and Promotional Plans: Design and implement comprehensive crop packages and promotional strategies. Work closely with the Field Marketing team to ensure effective execution and market penetration. Conduct Seasonal Crop Audits: Lead the execution of seasonal crop audits/market research gather insights and integrate valuable learnings into the strategy for the following year to continuously improve performance and drive better results.
