Job Description
As a 360 degree advertising agency, we are seeking an individual to manage our CRM system on a freelancing basis. The remuneration for this position can be discussed based on your experience level of a minimum of 2+ years. Your responsibilities will include tracking new contact emails (incoming/outgoing) in the dedicated email account, updating the database with these new contacts, and managing the CRM system by ensuring that customer information is accurate and complete. Additionally, you will be analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for marketing and customer service, as well as developing, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns. Segmenting customers based on data to personalize marketing and communication, improving customer relationship processes, ensuring CRM integration with other systems, training team members on CRM system usage, automating workflows for improved efficiency, and staying up to date on CRM trends and technologies through industry platforms are also part of the scope.
