As a Client Representative - Sales at Aimlay Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in managing post-sales client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and drive business growth through up-selling and cross-selling initiatives. Key Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in Collection, Post Sales, Client Retention, and Customer Relation Management. - Strong understanding of Customer Satisfaction metrics and techniques to enhance it. - Demonstrated ability in Up Selling and Cross Selling to increase business revenue. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle multiple clients and work in a fast-paced environment. - Proficient in CRM software and MS Office applications. - Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
