We are a fast-growing digital healthcare company dedicated to improving patient outcomes through technology-driven solutions. We're looking for a dynamic CRM & Digital Engagement Specialist to join our team and drive patient engagement and brand visibility using Zoho CRM and social media platforms. Key Responsibilities: CRM (Zoho) Responsibilities: Manage and optimize Zoho CRM for lead capture, segmentation, automation, and reporting. Create and maintain workflows, campaigns, and integrations within Zoho. Track and analyze patient journeys, engagement rates, and conversion funnels. Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure seamless CRM operations and communication. Customize dashboards and generate performance reports to support decision-making. Social Media (Instagram and others): Develop and execute social media strategies to grow our digital presence, primarily on Instagram. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content tailored to our healthcare audience. Monitor trends, engage with followers, and manage direct messages and comments. Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and reach. Cross-Functional: Coordinate marketing campaigns across CRM and social platforms. Work with the content, design, and clinical teams to ensure messaging consistency. Stay updated on digital healthcare marketing best practices and emerging trends. Requirements: Proven experience with Zoho CRM (campaigns, workflows, automation, reporting). 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or CRM roles in the healthcare or healthtech sector. Solid understanding of Instagram and other key social media platforms. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with CRM metrics and social insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail and branding consistency. Preferred: Experience with other Zoho tools (Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Desk, etc.) Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant marketing. Experience using tools like Canva, Buffer, Later, or Meta Business Suite.
