We are looking for a meticulous and customer-focused Order Management / CRM Executive to join our team in the Jewellery industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury or retail sectors, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Key Responsibilities:

Order Management:

• Manage end-to-end order processing for wholesale, retail, and e-commerce jewellery orders.
• Coordinate with sales, design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Track custom jewellery orders, including design approvals, production timelines, and quality checks.
• Handle order modifications, exchanges, returns, and special customer requirements with accuracy.
• Ensure documentation (invoice, certification, packaging) is correct and in line with luxury brand standards.

CRM Management:

• Maintain and update accurate customer profiles in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or industry-specific platforms).
• Track customer interactions, order history, preferences, and feedback to support personalized service.
• Generate CRM-based reports and insights to support sales and marketing strategies.
