Key Responsibilities:

- CRM Strategy Implementation:
- Developing and executing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention using CRM software and tools.
- Relationship Building:
- Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Data Management:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records within the CRM system.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Working with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer journey.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
- Feedback Collection:
