Job Description
1. Client Onboarding
· Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients with proper documentation.
· Conduct initial client meetings and set expectations.
2. Relationship Management
· Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention.
· Regularly interact with clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
· Address client queries and concerns promptly.
3. Customer Satisfaction & Service
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient service.
· Conduct periodic feedback surveys and implement improvements.
· Resolve customer complaints within the defined TAT (Turnaround Time).
4. Sales & Revenue Growth
· Upsell and cross-sell products/services to existing clients.
· Meet monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
· Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
5. Data Management & Reporting
· Maintain accurate client records in CRM software.
· Track and report customer interactions, feedback, and escalations.
· Prepare periodic reports on customer trends and service performance.
6. Coordination & Teamwork
· Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, and marketing) for seamless service.
· Share customer insights to help improve product/service offerings.
· Assist in developing client engagement strategies.
7. Compliance & Process Adherence
· Follow company policies, data protection, and compliance guidelines.
· Ensure all interactions align with legal and regulatory requirements.
· Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal reviews.
