The ideal candidate should possess the following key requirements: Multilingual Communication Skills: You must be fluent in Hindi, Bengali, and English, both spoken and written, as it is essential for effective communication with customers. Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership and team management skills are required to coordinate with internal departments and ensure excellent customer service. Tech Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Advanced Excel and Google Sheets is necessary for managing data, preparing reports, and conducting analysis. Customer-Centric Approach: A proactive mindset is needed to understand and resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling customer interactions and maintaining positive relationships. - Maintaining accurate and updated records using Excel and Google Sheets. - Working closely with internal teams to enhance service delivery. - Gathering customer feedback and sharing insights for continuous improvement. - Leading and supporting a small customer service team when required.
