Role Overview We are looking for a QA Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in manual and/or automation testing, specifically within Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), or equivalent loan lifecycle software. The ideal candidate will ensure end-to-end quality of our lending platform, proactively identifying issues, and working closely with product and development teams to deliver a seamless product experience. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans for LOS, LMS, or equivalent lending journey workflows Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing Identify, log, track, and validate software defects and issues Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure product quality aligns with requirements Validate API integrations, data flows, and backend processing Document test results and create detailed reports for stakeholders Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and testing strategies Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience testing Loan Origination System (LOS), Loan Management System (LMS), Core Lending Platforms, or similar financial software Experience with manual testing; exposure to automation frameworks is a plus Knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman), SQL queries, and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) Ability to write clear test cases, defect reports, and technical documentation Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills (ref:hirist.tech),
