Job Description
We are hiring LAP Credit Manager (Loan Against Property) to join our team at Bazaari Global Finance Ltd.
The role involves loan file verification, property document scrutiny, credit assessment, and coordination for loan disbursement. The ideal candidate should have experience in LAP / Home Loan / Mortgage loans with strong analytical and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify loan applications and check all property & KYC documents
- Conduct credit assessment and evaluate customer eligibility as per policy
- Coordinate with sales team & legal/technical team for file processing
- Maintain loan files, reports and ensure timely disbursement
- Ensure compliance with NBFC / banking norms
Requirements:
- Experience in LAP / Home Loan / Mortgage Loan credit is preferred
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Basic Excel and computer knowledge required
- Knowledge of loan policies and property verification is an advantage
