Job Description

You are invited to join Financiio Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as a Team Leader-Sales. We are seeking individuals with 1 to 5 years of experience and key skills including a good knowledge of Credit Card Sales, Credit Card processing, strong persuasion skills, the ability to meet sales targets, efficient client coordination, and proficiency in sales-related tasks. Located at Parag Dairy Road, Ashiyana, colony Sector M1 Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226012, the educational qualification required is Graduation Pursuing/ Graduate. The compensation package includes a CTC of 15,000 to 25,000 per month plus incentives with Provident Fund (PF) contributions. As a Team Leader-Sales, your responsibilities will include completing the targets of your team, handling a team of 5 to 10 ARO's, conducting cold calls to potential or existing customers using prepared scripts, addressing customer inquiries about products or the company, engaging with customers to understand their needs and close sales, aiming to achieve and surpass sales quotas, and contributing to future sales. Candidates with prior experience in DSA, NBFCs, or banks will be given preference.
