Job Description

You will be responsible for interacting with clients to understand their requirements and gather necessary data for the preparation and submission of proposals to Banks/Financial Institutions. Your role will involve conducting detailed credit assessments by analyzing financial, credit, legal, technical, economic, and risk factors. You will be required to structure proposals, create Information Memorandums, Teasers, financial models, cash flow projections, and CMA projections. As part of your responsibilities, you should possess the ability to lead meetings and negotiations effectively. A solution-oriented attitude is crucial for resolving queries from Banks and Clients. Additionally, visiting clients" offices to understand their operations and collect relevant data will be a part of your routine tasks. Apart from the mentioned duties, you may also be assigned various other responsibilities as needed. The ideal candidate should have proficiency in MS-Excel, business communications, accounting, financial analysis, and financial modeling.,
