About the job Are you a creative mind with a passion for design and communication As a Creative Designer at Venwiz, you'll work at the forefront of all the marketing communication, contributing to our brand's 0 to 1 journey. Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience Location: Bangalore, (Hybrid) Key Responsibilities Editing videos with annotations for demos, pitches and end user training Creating figma screens / prototypes for presenting concepts to internal team Creating & maintaining design system components, style guide and templates Design eye-catching web and mobile banners,gifs for display ad campaigns Preparing basic video creatives and editing as per requirements Develop graphics and layouts for social media posts, company logos, and websites Key Skills Competent aesthetic sense for composition, colour and content hierarchy Proficiency in video editing/creating tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Figjam, Adobe illustrator Self-starter for grasping domain concepts and organising work Up-to-date with industry trends, best practices & emerging tech Passionate about brand-building and creating impact via powerful communication Understanding of audio editing is a plus Ability to conceptualise creatives end-to-end, including storyboarding, illustration, and other design elements KPIs Quality of design (to be tracked via CTR & other A/B testing metrics) Strict adherence to TAT High ownership - standardise design templates, streamlining design feedback process Benefits Remote friendly with occasional travel to office to meet up and have discussion sessions Venwiz boasts a tight-knit team with a strong people-centric culture.
