(On site) PRISMA is looking for a creative designer to conceptualize, design, and develop handcrafted products that reflects the beauty of Indian craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will work closely with artisans, manufacturers, and the marketing team to create unique, marketable designs that align with our team. Key Responsibilities: -Product Development and develop new products including Christmas Decoration, office accessories and home dcor articles primarily made from paper and paper-mache and other sustainable material. - Material process understanding: Collaborate with artisans to ensure the traditional craftsmanship is preserved while incorporating modern aesthetics. - Sketching & Prototyping: Create detailed sketches, digital renders, and prototype for new product designs. -Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor products and customer preference to create design that appeal to global audience. -Collaboration: Work closely with the production and sourcing teams to ensure feasibility, cost-effectiveness and timely execution of design.
