Job Description
Job Title: CRE Operations (Foreign Exchange) Location: Koregaon, Pune, Maharashtra Working Days: 6 days a week Job Description: We're looking for a Customer Relation Executive (CRE) with experience in foreign exchange to join our team in Pune. As a CRE, you'll handle counter operations, manage Foreign Exchange Plus software, communicate with customers, and provide excellent client services. Responsibilities: - Handle cash transactions and operate Forex Plus software - Communicate with customers to address queries and provide guidance on foreign exchange rates and policies - Ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent client services - Travel 50% of the time to meet clients and perform field work Requirements: - 1-2 years of experience in foreign exchange ( Freshers with B.com degree are welcome ) - Good knowledge of banking and forex (priority basis) - Strong communication and analytical skills - Proficient in operating computers and relevant software Ideal Candidate: - Local candidate from Pune preferred (no relocation cases) - Freshers with strong understanding of foreign exchange and banking are encouraged to apply Compensation: We're offering up to 3-3.5 LPA for this position.
