Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Counter Salesperson to assist customers at the sales counter, promote products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  Greet customers and understand their needs.

  Recommend and explain products or services to customers.

  Handle sales at the counter, issue bills/invoices, and collect payments.

  Maintain display and cleanliness of the counter area.

  Keep stock updated and report low inventory to the manager.

  Assist in product packaging or delivery (if required).

  Resolve basic customer queries or complaints politely.

  Maintain sales records and support daily reporting.

Requirements:

  Qualification: 10th pass / 12th pass / Graduate (as per store needs).

  Basic knowledge of billing, POS machines, or manual registers.

  Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  Honest, punctual, and customer-friendly.

  Prior experience in retail or counter sales preferred.
