Job Summary:We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Counter Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products or services, while ensuring a positive shopping experience.

• Key Responsibilities:Greet customers and respond to their inquiries promptly.
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products or alternatives.
• Explain product features, pricing, and usage details.
• Manage billing, invoicing, and cash handling at the counter.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the counter area is clean and organized.
• Keep track of stock levels and inform the manager of inventory requirements.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints professionally.
• Requirements:Minimum 12th pass or equivalent; graduation preferred.
• Prior experience in counter sales or retail is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing software.
• Polite, energetic, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays.
