? Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Understand customer preferences and help them choose suitable outfits for kids and ladies.
• Explain product features, sizes, prices, and availability clearly.
• Recommend matching accessories or complementary items to maximize sales.
• Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and our loyalty programs.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and exchanges professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper display of merchandise at the counter.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets.
