Job Description
The role involves preparing monthly MIS reports for all plants, as well as compiling monthly and quarterly accounting reports for management review. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting inventory reserve analysis on a quarterly basis and presenting reports to senior management. You will also be required to review depreciation rates, labor costs, and overhead expenses, proposing policy changes to enhance financial performance. In this position, accurate cost classification and analysis will be crucial. You will work on cost actualization, product costing, and establishing/updating standard costs as needed. Moreover, maintaining and reviewing the general ledger, along with reconciling balance sheets, will be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will analyze the costs of raw materials and supplies, and prepare cost-benefit analyses for potential vendor changes. The role is full-time and permanent, with benefits including cell phone reimbursement and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day, and there is a performance bonus offered.
