Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Trainer & Developer located in Gopichettipalaiyam. The Corporate Trainer & Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs for employees. The role involves conducting workshops, creating training materials, assessing employee performance, and providing continuous learning opportunities. The Corporate Trainer will collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and ensure alignment with business goals. Additionally, they will track training effectiveness, provide feedback, and support employee skill development to enhance overall organizational productivity Qualifications Tech stack : Java Full Stack (Spring Boot) Python (Django) PHP (Laravel) React React Native Full Stack Development iOS App Development Frontend Development Backend Development Android App Development Android (Java) MERN Stack DevOps Deployment Basics Git Docker CI/CD Pipelines Microservices Testing Manual Testing Automated Testing Strong skills in Software Development, including system architecture and database management Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills Effective communication and teamwork skills Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning is a plus,
