Role Description This is a full-time Corporate Recruiter role located on-site in the Greater Delhi Area. The Corporate Recruiter will manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, building a diverse candidate pipeline, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from start to finish. Qualifications Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates Ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies Skill in building a diverse candidate pipeline Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software Experience in healthcare recruitment is a plus Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,
