Thane (MS) Job Description: We are looking for a reliable HSE Manager to ensure everyone in the company complies with health and safety laws. You will also be responsible for establishing policies that will create and maintain a safe workplace. As a safety manager you must have excellent attention to detail to identify hazards. You should also be able to discover opportunities for improving conditions and execute various safety programs. The ability to communicate guidelines to a multidisciplinary workforce is essential. The goal is to ensure the workplace meets all safe, good environment, legal expectations actively. Key Responsibilities: Read respective tender documents of respective site and accordingly plan, implement, and execute safety management programs Conduct audits, inspections, and performance reviews to ensure compliance Evaluation and analysis of previous injury reports based on available data Manage and lead inquiries on accidents and injuries Conduct research on changes in environmental regulations and policies to ensure compliance Conduct training sessions for employees to prevent workplace accidents Prepare webinars and meetings to create awareness of health and safety practices Ensure that all employees work in accordance with the internal policies and procedures, contract documents, and good engineering practices and use PPEs always Assessment of health and safety practices and procedures for risk assessment and adherence to legal requirements Maintain employee compliance with safety laws and policies To get done the calibration of construction equipments Maintain a proper record of workers compensation claims in case of accidents Requirements and Skillset Proven experience as safety manager with excellent organizational and motivational skills Ability in producing reports and developing relevant policies Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities Skills in training and motivating colleagues Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Capacity to identify situations requiring improvement in safety Excellent leadership skills and multitasking abilities Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person,
