Key Responsibilities: Business Development: 1. Identify and pursue new corporate event opportunities. 2. Build relationships with corporate event planners and decision-makers. 3. Pitch event proposals and negotiate contracts. Event Management: 1. Coordinate logistics with clients and internal teams. 2. Manage event budgets and ensure profitability. 3. Ensure seamless event execution. Client Relationship Management: 1. Develop and maintain strong client relationships. 2. Understand client objectives and tailor events to meet their needs. 3. Provide exceptional customer service. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field. 2. 2+ years of experience in corporate event sales or management. 3. Proven track record of securing and managing corporate events. 4. Excellent communication, sales, and project management skills. 5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Desirable Skills: 1. Industry certifications (CMP, CMM). 2. Experience with event management software. 3. Knowledge of corporate event trends and best practices. 4.
