We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Corporate Actions Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of corporate action (CA) and dividend-related activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of critical data. Your expertise will contribute to the smooth operation of our financial processes. As a Corporate Actions Analyst, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Possess an in-depth understanding of various corporate actions, including dividends, mergers, acquisitions, stock splits, and more. - Demonstrate knowledge of all 50 types of equity corporate actions and their impact on financial markets. - Be well-versed in global sources for corporate action announcements and information, ensuring access to accurate and up-to-date data. - Maintain an understanding of symbology and reference data to correctly identify and interpret corporate action data. - Collect and validate corporate action data, ensuring its accuracy and completeness within specified timelines. - Conduct thorough research using various sources, including prospectuses, financial publications, and regulatory filings, to gather relevant information for corporate action analysis. - Prepare reports and communicate corporate action details to relevant teams, ensuring they are informed and can make informed decisions. - Identify and mitigate risks associated with corporate actions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. This is a full-time position with the following schedule: - Evening shift - Monday to Friday - Night shift The ideal candidate should have a total of 5 years of work experience.
