Job Description
Company profile: A leading producer and supplier of food products and beverages Assignment profile: Experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee and lead company`s daily operations. The COO will drive operational excellence, enhance efficiency, and support companys continued growth. Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of high-quality products. - Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute strategic plans for growth and market expansion. - Customer Engagement: Maintain and enhance relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring the highest standards of service. - Team Management: Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. - Financial Management: Work closely with the CFO to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance. - Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and mitigate operational risks. Qualifications: - Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar operational leadership role, preferably within the food and beverage industry or other similar consumer goods sectors. - P&L management experience for similar business size. - Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, and customer service. - Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills. - A track record of driving operational excellence and achieving business growth.,
