• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook meals as per menu or customer orders (Indian, regional, or multi-cuisine as required).
• Maintain high food quality, taste, and presentation standards.
• Manage kitchen operations, including ingredient preparation and cooking processes.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work areas.
• Monitor inventory of ingredients and kitchen supplies; inform management for timely replenishment.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
